Become a member of the Grand Forks Public Library by completing our online form to receive your library card. Residents of Grand Forks County will have their card mailed to their address upon form submission and verification. Non-residents can also apply, subject to a fee, which must be paid before the card is issued. For any inquiries, please contact the library at (701) 772-8116.
