At BBK, we understand that being a performer extends beyond mastering technique; it requires confidence, compassion, and a dedication to community service. We believe that the performing arts serve as a powerful vehicle for developing individual leadership qualities. Through the process of performing, our students learn to set goals, collaborate effectively, think creatively, and cultivate a host of other character-building attributes.

While only a fraction of our students may pursue professional careers in the arts, we are committed to fostering the development of all our students into successful individuals. Our Leadership program is designed for students who have completed our fundamentals or entry-level programs and have been selected for additional training. As part of the Leadership team, students are entrusted with upholding the positive culture we've cultivated at BBK.

Members of the Leadership team proudly wear the designation on their uniform and are expected to embody leadership principles both in their actions on and off the floor. Those who demonstrate exceptional commitment and skill may be offered opportunities for further development, including assistant teaching roles and other leadership experiences.
