Community Living Case Management (CLCM) in The Dalles, Oregon, offers On-Call Services for urgent situations and emergencies. For after-hours or weekend urgent cases related to Protective Services or serious immediate medical concerns, individuals can contact the designated on-call person. However, crisis placements are not available during weekends. For non-urgent matters, individuals should report to their assigned Service Coordinator (case manager) during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 p.m.
