2015 taxes are used for the 2017-2018 FAFSA
2016 taxes are used for the 2018-2019 FAFSA
You may complete your FAFSA application online.as early as October 1 as long as the appropriate year's Federal Tax Return has been filed.
October 1, 2017, for the 2018-2019 academic year
The deadline to complete the FAFSA application is June 30 of the current academic year (e.g. June 30, 2018, is the deadline to file a FAFSA application for the 2017-2018 academic year).
