If you are a new member in the VFW Auxiliary, you will need to bring a copy of your eligible Veteran's DD-214 (discharge papers) or his VFW Member number, along with the application below. Fill it out online and print it out.? Please bring both the discharge papers (or member number) and the membership application to any meeting or event. If you are a transfer to our Auxiliary, please fill out the applicable information on the membership application linked below.? Fill it out online and print it out. Please bring your membership card and the membership application to any meeting or event.
