This service comes with an initial assessment about three months before your wedding or event day. This includes a review of vendor contracts and ensuring the contracts are adhered to, master timeline creation and distribution to all vendors, most importantly ensuring the day-of agenda items are executed. This service will prevent expensive mistakes that can impact such an important day.
