Rick is a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Spokane County and currently serves as the Conflicts City Prosecutor for the City of Cheney, handling criminal matters in the Cheney Municipal Court and all appeals therefrom. He also practices in the area of Guardianship Law representing two large hospitals in the Spokane area. Handling guardianship for incompetent individuals that are in need of medical services both in and out of the hospital. Rick handles these matters from the initial petition for guardianship and appointment of a guardian ad litem to trial if necessary.
