Force Broadband offers guidance for resolving common connectivity issues and encourages customers to check the status page for outages. Managed Wi-Fi customers can easily submit support tickets for prompt assistance. For standard service, troubleshooting is provided up to the router handoff point, with customer equipment often being the source of issues. We recommend conducting a direct Ethernet speed test using our local server to accurately assess performance. If speeds fall below your plan, please contact support with your test results for further investigation. Managed Wi-Fi services are available for customers seeking full network management and support.
