The City of Jenks Municipal Court serves as the Judicial Branch of the city government and is established under state law and city ordinance as a Court Not of Record. The court is responsible for the efficient processing of misdemeanor violations of the Jenks City Code. Felonies and misdemeanors that fall outside the scope of city code are prosecuted through the Tulsa County District Court. Through its operations, the Municipal Court upholds local laws and contributes to the orderly administration of justice within the community.
