Teacher Leader Academy

The Teacher Leader Academy empowers educators to expand their impact beyond the classroom by strengthening their skills in problem-solving, advocacy, education policy, and collaboration. This program fosters deeper engagement, encourages innovation, and helps teachers become effective change agents within their schools and districts. Through a hands-on capstone project, participants work together to tackle real challenges, guided by experienced mentors from our Executive Leadership and Teacher Leader alumni network. By equipping teachers with the tools to lead and inspire, the academy enhances both professional growth and student success.
