At arc Thrift Stores, EVERY DAY is Earth Day. Repurposing and recycling is an important part of arc’s business model, and every year, arc – thanks to the eco-savvy customers who donate and shop at the stores located throughout the state – is able to keep MILLIONS of pounds of goods out of landfills.

Our commitment to the environment goes beyond repurposing gently used items. We believe there is always more life in your donations. Most of the clothing, shoes, books, toys, handbags, belts, baseball caps and other items that don’t sell in our stores are bundled up and sent to other countries throughout the world where they are put to use by those in need.
