Digital Reading and Streaming Platforms

The Altadena Library District offers a variety of digital reading and streaming services to its patrons. These services include cloudLibrary, which provides access to a vast collection of ebooks and audiobooks; hoopla, a digital media service that allows users to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics, and TV shows; PressReader, offering instant access to over 7,000 global newspapers and magazines; Tumblebooks, a resource for children featuring animated picture books; NoveList, a tool for finding books based on author, theme, or subject; Flipster, a digital magazine newsstand; and enki Library, an open source eBook network. These resources are available for free to all cardholders of the Altadena Library District, enhancing the community's access to a wide range of digital content.
