Kickboxing Mitt


Join us for a fun cardio experience at Kickboxing Mitt/Pad Class. This self lead class is for experienced kickboxers. We have a leader on hand to answer questions and keep the timer and music flowing. Get ready to sweat to high-energy music and punch and kick your way to a healthier you. Participants must bring their own gloves, wraps, shin guards, and pads, along with suitable workout attire.
